Born and raised in Mattawa, Katherine moved to North Bay during high school. She is a graduate of Canadore college’s Mental Health and Addictions program (2014) and brings a people-focused background to her leadership role.

Since entering the health care field in 2021, Katherine has advanced into the role of Clinic Manager at North Bay Sport Medicine. In this position, she oversees day-to-day clinic operations, supports multidisciplinary team coordination, and ensures efficient scheduling, accurate third-party billing, and a consistently high standard of patient experience. Her leadership plays a key role in maintaining a smooth clinic flow and operational excellence.

Katherine is known for her organizational skills, clear communication, and hands-on leadership style. She is deeply committed to supporting her team, fostering a positive clinic culture, and continuously improving systems that enhance both patient care and staff efficiency. Her professionalism, initiative, and dedication make her a trusted leader and a vital part of the North Bay Sport Medicine team.
